2. Digital Products & Licensing

All products listed on Elega Arts are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped to you.

A. License to Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital artwork for Personal Use Only.

You MAY: Print the artwork for your home, office, or as a personal gift.
You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, share, upload to file-sharing websites, or use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., printing on t-shirts or mugs for sale) without our express written permission.

B. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Elega Arts and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

3. Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been sent.

If you experience any technical issues with downloading or opening a file, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you.

4. Payment and Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website (e.g., CAD or USD).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Accuracy of Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our artwork as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and printers vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate to the final print.
